These are the terms and conditions for Enduring Minds The Foundation. The information we share is not meant to diagnose, cure or treat illnesses. We provide non-medical support to individuals with chronic illnesses, rare illness and individuals with Developmental Disabilities. Please always consult with your medical team. 

Stories shared in our blog are personal experiences and should not be mocked or copied. 

Donations are non-refundable 

Enduring Minds The Foundation does not issue refunds for merchandise, books or in-kind donations. We will make exchanges on damaged books or tshirts. We are not responsible for damaged or missing items from shipped products. 

Enduring Minds The Foundation is not responsible for damage, missing or stolen items at our events or in person fundraisers.

Our views are our own and by no means are these representative of the views of our community partners. 

Enduring Minds The Foundation is a nonprofit organization that does not exclude support because of race, color, religious belief, sexual preference political views or poverty status. 

By subscribing to our website or signing up at POS in person by sharing your number with us, you are OPT-IN to receive communication from us.  Message and data rates may apply. We may reach out to provide event updates, share fundraisers, order confirmations or provide additional requested support.
