Restorative Yoga at The Dempsey Family Education and Resource Center at Riverside Methodist Hospital -Thursdays from 4pm to 5:30pm -Sessions are 6 weeks -Next session starting Feb,13th,2020 -Taught by a certified instructor and Physical Therapist

Traumatic Brain Injury(TBI) Support group at The Dempsey Family Education and Resource Center at Riverside Methodist Hospital -Second Thursday of each month from 6pm to 7:30pm -Speakers, survivors and caregivers

Epilepsy Support Groups at The Dempsey Family Education and Resource Center at Riverside Methodist Hospital -Adult Group, The first Wednesday of each month 6 to 8pm -Parent Group, The last Monday of each month 6:30 to 8pm -Tassels(Students age 10-17), The last Monday of each month 6:30 to 8pm -Young Adult, The second Wednesday of each month 6 to 8pm

Art Therapy at The Dempsey Family Education and Resource Center -Second and Fourth Wednesday 6 to 7:30pm

Support Group for Caregivers -The Third Thursday from 2 to 3pm

Cognitive Fitness/Train The Brain -A 6 week wellness series that addresses the main domains of cognition in neurological conditions 

Music Therapy -Second and Fourth Thursday every month from 1 to 2pm

Chair and Neuro Yoga -Chair for adults that can not get down or up off the ground. -Improves flexibility, strength, body awareness -Neuro for adults where modifications can be made -Each class is 6 weeks -Facilitated by a certified Physical Therapist and Yoga Instructor
